It was the role of druids to intervene in wars. A large group of Korean aid workers have been taken hostage in Afghanistan by a faction of the Taliban. This goes against a particular Islamic law of the Pashtun (of which the Taliban are part) which means being good to visitors who intend no harm. That has already earned them condemnation from purists within Afghanistan and shows that there is hope for these people.
