Autumn Equinox ceremony organised by Daniel and Lorraine.
Meet at 2pm at Sydenham Hill Station, in the the station car park on the College Road side of the station (same side as the train arrives on when coming from Victoria) Map. Please phone Daniel or Lorraine (020 8771 6941) a few days in advance or post on The Raven if you are coming along.
Afterwards, we might take a short walk uphill to the nearby Dulwich Wood House pub if people would like to.
Transport:
Train from Victoria main line station to Sydenham Hill. These trains end up at Orpington (which may help you find them on the board at Victoria). They leave Victoria at 22 and 52 minutes past the hour, taking 13 minutes to get to Sydenham Hill. If you catch the 13.52 from Victoria you’ll be there at five past 2 which is close enough. Return train times are 01 and 31 minutes past the hour from Sydenham Hill.
Hi guy’s. I know I had confirmed to attend at the storytelling seedgroup I will have to bow out.
I have been asked to attend an interview in Edinburgh for a job I applied for.
To make the flight ect worth while I will catch a concert and go to a friend’s housewarming party (and probably de-stress from the interview).

Jo and I are both coming — will drive there. Will it be best to meet at the station or is there some where where we can park closer to where the ceremony will be?

Hi Mike, the station’s not very far from the entrance to the woods, so I think that’s going to be the best spot to meet up. You will probably be able to find a parking space along College Road quite near to the station. We had a recce on Sunday and didn’t have too much trouble finding a parking place (free). See you and Jo on Saturday.

…oh, and funnily enough when we had our recce we found a rather obvious ‘offering’ made from feathers, wood and bracken tied to a branch, right by the woodland entrance. There are other pagans out there in SE London – we are not alone!
