Liz will organise a Spring Equinox ceremony on Saturday, 29th March.

Sadly, the weekend of the 21st is the Easter weekend, which probably involves family commitments for many members.

  1. 2pm 29th March

This ceremony will be at Queen’s Wood, Highgate, where many of us have been before.

Meet at 2pm at The Woodman pub on Archway Road. There are tables outside if it’s nice and if not we can meet inside. The nearest Tube is Highgate (don’t know if this link will work, but if not just key in ‘Queen’s Wood) - http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&tab=wl.

The Spring Equinox is the central festival in the Spring triplet of Imbolc, Alban Eilir and Beltane, the balancing point before the dance of Spring into Summer. Bring anything to the ceremony that expresses the spirit of this time for you or just anything you’d like to bring. Let’s have some poems/ stories/ songs for an Eisteddfod. You don’t necessarily have to have written them yourself though you get Ogham points on your Druid Loyalty cards if you have.

Look forward to seeing you. Liz will post her mobile number closer to the time.

Blessings of the wild weather and the occasional rainbows
